PRESSURE AND TEMPERATURE IN ONE – More than 1,300 flower tips sit along the curve of the roll and meet the neck, the base of the skull and the tops of the shoulders – the places a flat mat never quite reaches. The buckwheat husk core holds temperature, so you can add warmth or cold to the same session.
WARM IT OR CHILL IT – Buckwheat husks take heat in the oven or the microwave and hold it for a long stretch, or spend an hour in the freezer for the opposite effect. One roll, two very different sessions, and nothing to plug in or replace.
FIRM SUPPORT THAT STILL GIVES WAY – Buckwheat husks shift under the weight of your head, settle into the curve of your neck and then hold that shape for the whole session – support a foam bolster cannot copy. The same roll works under the lower back, behind the shoulders in a chair, or under the knees.
LINEN, BUCKWHEAT, NO GLUE – A cover of 55% linen and 45% cotton, a core of natural buckwheat husks, and flower tips in HIPS plastic, the same type used in children’s toys, heat-pressed onto the fabric without a single drop of adhesive. The cover comes off for gentle hand washing. Roll measures 12″ x 6″.
DESIGNED IN BERLIN – Glanzstück Berlin stands behind every product we make. Designed in Berlin, used everywhere. Fifteen minutes at the end of the day is enough to build the habit.
