Are the knee sleeves suitable for both women and men?
Yes, sizing is based solely on calf/leg circumference, not on gender.
Can I wear the knee sleeves over my pants?
They’re designed for direct skin contact. Only this way do the compression and warming effect work as intended. Moistening the inner surface also helps prevent slipping.
5 mm or 7 mm – what’s the difference?
The measurement refers to the thickness of the neoprene material. 5 mm is more flexible and stays comfortable even during long sessions involving jumps and running. 7 mm provides more support, warmth and is designed for heavy squats and powerlifting.
Do the sleeves slip during training?
