Not at all! We used breathable polyester filling (not dense memory foam) that lets air flow, so it stays cooler. The smooth fabric also helps prevent that itchy, trapped heat feeling.

How’s the nose part? Does it let light in or go flat?

The nose piece is flexible but holds its shape. You can adjust it to fit your nose for a good dark seal that doesn’t collapse overnight. It’s sturdy, not flimsy.

Is this good for travel or daytime naps?

Perfect for it! It’s super light (only 1.76 oz) and packs easily. Toss it in your bag for planes, offices, or hotels—the easy fit and total darkness help you relax anywhere.
